comfortable with having the casino. He said that the tribe is comfortable
with Middleboro; but that New Bedford is still very much in the mix.
The question puzzling many Middleboro residents, as well as
the Selectman, is just how long the tribe will give us to hammer out an
agreement. Marshall said that "we'd like to settle down on one spot within
60-90 days." Asked what the hurry was, he said that every day
that you delay getting back into the process of land trust adds weeks to
the process.
How much time is there for Middleboro to get its ducks in a
row? We'd have to be mind readers to determine the answer to this
question.

think it's not enough. Marshall added that if they gave it all to us it
probably still wouldn't be enough.
